How to request a quotation for wholesale tableware

What to put on the form so we can reply with a quote — products, quantities, and where the order is going.
Wholesale tableware is quoted, not added to a cart as a one-off retail pack. The shop form is the same path we use for venues and resellers.
Tell us your name, email, and company. Under “What you need”, list product names or SKUs from the catalogue — for example Speckled Pourer Bowl A82-4.2, Condiment Jar — Navy Brush, Japanese Alloy Chopsticks. Add a quantity even if it is a range.
If you do not know SKUs yet, write the room: noodle shop, hotel breakfast, cafe. We map that to bowls, plates, cups, and jars from the current list.
